Capchem Hiring Accountant

Capchem Technology is seeking an accountant to hire as soon as possible!

Job responsibilities include:

  • Record daily financial transactions timely and accurately.
  • Prepare check payments, and process ACH payments, auto debits, and credit card payments in PNC account.
  • Keep good Communication with HQ financial department, and submit required forms and reports according to company regulation.
  • Ensure meticulous tracking of expenditures, invoices, purchase orders, and statements.
  • Reconcile assigned bank and credit card accounts.
  • Post business transactions, process invoices, and verify financial data for accounts payable and receivable.
  • Active role in project development.
  • Properly keeping, storing and securing documentation related to the performed activities, including electronic carriers.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with team members to achieve shared objectives.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Preferred 2+ years’ experience in accounting/finance.
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of US GAAP and practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with clients/customers.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software applications.
