Capchem Hiring Accountant
Capchem Technology is seeking an accountant to hire as soon as possible!
Job responsibilities include:
- Record daily financial transactions timely and accurately.
- Prepare check payments, and process ACH payments, auto debits, and credit card payments in PNC account.
- Keep good Communication with HQ financial department, and submit required forms and reports according to company regulation.
- Ensure meticulous tracking of expenditures, invoices, purchase orders, and statements.
- Reconcile assigned bank and credit card accounts.
- Post business transactions, process invoices, and verify financial data for accounts payable and receivable.
- Active role in project development.
- Properly keeping, storing and securing documentation related to the performed activities, including electronic carriers.
- Cultivate positive relationships with team members to achieve shared objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Preferred 2+ years’ experience in accounting/finance.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of US GAAP and practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate with clients/customers.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software applications.
